Track Motion

Have created two "screens" with track motion.
Now it's later and I need to do do some fine tuning,---but track motion doesn't respond.
Any help greatly appreciated.

it locks up? What do you mean by "doesn't respond."

If you want to keyframe movements automatically, so that a keyframe is added each time you move the video, you have to enable (so that the icon is "depressed") the "Sync Cursor" icon. It is in the Track Motion menu in the lower left corner below the track motion timeline and is shaped like a vertical I-bar.
