Track motion control points lost in Nested Project

Hi all,

I set up a fairly complex 9 track animation inside a much bigger Vegas 17 project and grouped/named them - so I thought I might try the new nested project feature to get these off my timeline. Having got all the Track Motion control points doing what I wanted I selected and saved these tracks to a new nested project, which seemed to work fine. However, when I tried to run this I had lost all of my animation control points *GONE* - so I had to start again. You have to laugh etc.

I discovered (painfully) that if I set the control points back up in the nested project and re-opened the master timeline it works fine, but why is it dumping the control points the other way around? Is there a box I need to tick or is this a limitation do the nested projects - in which case it isn't working well for me.

I am a very long-time VEGAS user so I am used to setting up complex technical projects in this software - although happy to be told if I am missing something obvious here! My hardware is standard professional video edit kit, running fine - that's not the issue.

Thanks,

John M.

I don't see this in a "normal" nested veg.
Look how that goes
