Even though I save the project after every change, some of the graphics stay where I put them (in the correct size) after using track motion and other graphics move to a different location in the frame when I reopen the project.
I am not creating an animation, just a single lower third.
How can I fix this?

I have also tried saving the change with a name for the graphic but that doesn't seem to help either.
