Track Motion/Video Overlay Help

I'm working on a video and I'm using all 4 (maximum) of video overlay effects, wtih track motion. My problem is that when I use it later on in the video, my previous effect is affected and defaults to the same track motion spot. Is there any way I can keep them seperate?

If I understand what you are asking, you have to keyframe it. The other option is to use pan/zoom on each clip as opposed to track motion. Clear as mud?

So I have to create a keyframe marker at each track motion event?

You will probably need two markers for each event, one just as or before the event starts and the second one just as or after it ends.
