Tracks mirroring effects

Hello everyone,

I'm a very amateur video editor - if there's such classfication - and I'm intriguided with something that happened here.
I haven't changed a thing in the configs as far as I remember and when I posted four tracks with the same video in order to mash them using multiplication, lighten, bokeh, etc.

As I attributed B/W to the first track, all of the others track followed and got B/W too. But I didn't attribute it to them, in fact, I wanted to add other effects and mix them up. I'm not sure if there's any command I should check for activation that caused that. Can anyone help?

@Erik-RicardoBoscolo Hi, posting a full screen capture would help, you can upload pictures & video using the arrow button next the smiley at the top of a new comment,

There's a couple of reasons -

If you had all track clips (events) highlighted/selected when you dragged the B/W fx onto the first it would also add it to the others,

If you dragged the B/W onto the preview window that will affect everything on the timeline, you'll see a little blue dot on the fx button top of the preview.

If you're using Adjustment events or Adjustment tracks & you add the B/W effect that will affect all tracks unless they are Parent/Child together, then the fx will only affect those in that Parent/Child group.
