Training DVD

I have just purchased Vegas+DVD and would like to order some training - should I order Sony's solution or VAAST - any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I never buy training stuff from the company who made the software. I prefer a translation, and have done very well with it so far- but I have no experience with sony's stuff so I just guessing hhere. The VASST dvds rock and I do own all of them that pertain to vegas and sf. These are also good: http://www.vegastrainingandtools.com/. Own afew of them as well.
