Training DVDs created inhouse Skip & Freeze...Help Please!

We converted to DVD from VHS for training. DVDs created and burned in-house begin to skip and freeze after use. All DVDs are checked after they are burned and work fine. It is menu based and used twice per day. But after use they start to skip or freeze.
The play back decks are samsung, ($89.00), Sony, ($160.00), Panasonic.
The problem seems to happen on different decks at higher and lower price points. What could be causing this? Do you thing commercially duplicated DVDs would work better. I am using a Sony DRX 530UL to burn the master and copies. Thank you for your concideration.

I would think commercially duplicated DVDs might work better....depending on how they duplicate.

Try burning your DVDs with different software. If you use DVDA to burn your discs, instead save the image to your hard drive and try DVD Shrink or Nero. People seem to have good results with both.

The media used could also be a factor - have you tried different brands?

(I use Ritek G04 DVD-R and have had excellent results)
