Here it is... after rendering a project in Vegas, I preview
in Media Player, no problem, I preview in Video Capture
before downloading back to my DV deck, no problem, at the
same time I view the project on my Sony Walkman 900 mini-
deck, no problem BUT when previewed on my external monitor
the image "bounces" and the same happens when it is
transfered directly from Vegas / DV deck / S-VHS vcr...

I've re-rendered the project 1/2 dz. times, the same keeps
happening?

Suggestions anyone?
