Transfer License???

Hi, I plan on upgrading to version 9. In the past Sony has let me pass on the previous version to someone else. Is that still possible? I can't find any information it.

I actually did send them a message a couple of days ago and still haven't heard back, but I'll call them tomorrow.

Just send them a signed FAX with the appropriate stuff and the new owner. Then the new owner has to take over from there. The new owner cannot upgrade unless he pays the price. And you cannot go back to the old software.

old software is still listed in your "my software" though. And, you can register it, but you shouldn't (I did, told them, they said basically "eh").

In support there's a "transfer license" option.
