Transfer license of Vegas V8 to another owner

Can I de-activate my computer and transfer / sell my license to another user, since I now have upgraded to Version 9?

Just uninstall the software. Sell the license to someone else, and notify Sony. I've done this with no problem.

Sony is very accommodating.
