transfer project with external note

Is it possible for me to create an external project and transfer it to sony vegas?

Extensions like .txt or .csv.

Example for .txt

C:\Users\user\Desktop\cases\sound.mp3 - 1 channel - 00:00:00
C:\Users\user\Desktop\cases\sound3.mp3 - 1 channel - 00:04:27
C:\Users\user\Desktop\cases\music.mp3 - 2ch - 00:00:00

In this way, can I create and import files such as .txt or .csv?

Or it could be a different file. I'm building software to speed things up, and if I can do that, I'll be able to get my work done in minutes, which took hours.

My mother tongue is not English, I'm translating with google translate, sorry if I'm wrong.

Vegas Pro 20's specifications webpage - https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/specifications/#productMenu - lists the import formats created in other NLEs/programs/apps that can be imported into Vegas Pro 20.

But this would not apply in your case as you say that you have a Sony Vegas Pro version which then can only be Vegas Pro 13 or earlier. Please see https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/sony-vegas-vs-vegas--119881/

Thanks, I'll go over it as EDL will work for me.
