Transfering my licence to my new computer

Hello,
Today I tried to transfer my licence to my new computer.
I have removed my licence key from my old computer in Vegas 14.

I have installed Vegas 14 on my new computer, but it says that my key is used with an other e-mail adress whereas it is.
I have seen that I need to remove the licence registration in my MAGIX account, but I didn't have one, once created, there was no registrations.

I think keys were not linked to MAGIX before and it creates the problem because I bought it several years ago.

Can you help me please ?

You must have previously used a different e-mail address? Obviously since you were registered, it was registered under an e-mail address so you would not have needed to create a new account.

The problem is that it is the good e-mail address, I checked it in Help -> About...
