Transferring Directx Presets

Hi all,
I just built a new DAW and want to transfer all of my DirectX plugin presets from the previous machine to the new machine. How do I do this?

Sony's Preset Manager does a good job of this; it doesn't just transfer Sony plugin presets, but third party ones too.
