Transferring to my phone

I'm using Vegas Pro 16

Windows 10

 

I'm finding a hard time rendering a video then when I transfer it to my phone, it won't work . My phone is a Samsung.

 

I'm trying to do a full vertical IGTV video I tried to methods 1- by masking the video with a ratio of a screenshot . 2- by making the width 1080 and the hight 1920

What are your exact rendersettings? Template, codec, framerate, bitrate , dimensions a.s.o.
