Transition imported from AE - Drop in quality in SV

hey everyone, hoping some of you experts out there can help me out

so i got this cool-looking transition i made in AE, but after i imported it to SV, theres a pretty significant loss in quality

its a .mov file, so i had to select a premultiplied alpha channel (also tried dirty/unmatted), but to no avail

it just doesnt look nearly as smooth as it does in AE

any of you got an idea on how i can retain the quality that im seeing in AE without jumping ship?

use the animation codec when you render.

Render in AVI (that's what Andrew Kramer recommends) or .png sequence if you have that option. I use Hit Film Pro and always render in .png sequences for any effects.
