transition length change

Hello,

I would like to set new transition length for:

a) some specified transition and save it to preset with new transition length

or I would consider also:

b) for every transitions I would add for videoclips.

My default transition length is 25 seconds, but I would like to be shorter - 14 seconds (7 seconds on first videoclip and 7 seconds on close videoclip).

Is it possible to override the default transition length?

If yes, please share how to do it?

@marcinzm I don't understand. 25 seconds for a transition? Do you mean 25 frames?

@Jack S Yes, sorry for my mistake. I focus on duration length. I mean 25 frames and my goal is 14 frames.

@marcinzm Hi, have a look in preferences, mine is set at 15frames & indicated on the timeline by a green line (Event Fade, I set it to green, I think it was pink)
