Currently VEGAS Pro and VEGAS Movie Studio are available in Brazilian Portuguese from https://software.com.br/p/vegas-pro.
VEGAS Pro is not localized in standard Portuguese at this time and there is no plan in the immediate future to create a standard Portuguese version.
