Transparency?

I have, let's say a bitmap I placed into Vegas (or a guy in front of a bluescreen, whatever makes more sense) and I have one color that I want to be "transparent" so that the below video shows through on that color. How would I do this? Thanks!

Create a mask with the secondary colour corrector. Use the Select effect range pipette (dropper) and show mask. Then you can pull the sliders and see the effect on your preview. Use this as an overlay or whatever, to block your selected colour.
