Hi, I have a problem: I downloaded the trial version of Vegas 22, I installed it but when I open it it asks me for the serial number (one appears but it gives me error 24). How come?
Error 24 indicates that the trial serial number is registered to a different email address.
So what? I downloaded the official version from the official site, why is it registered to another email address? Anyway, I just bought the program and I solved it
@AlexDeeree For future reference my recollection is that when you first open the trial there is a button to register and you then get sent a trial serial number by email.

Yeah, I meant that what the program said didn't matter because I had never downoaded that trial version. In my head I was talking to Vegas. Sorry ^^'
