trim event by time

Is there a way to trim event by time
or trim multiple selected events by same time

For instanse:

I have 20 stills brought in at 5 seconds each but i need to make tem 2 sec each

I know I can adjust the time in the prefs but I mean after the fact

Hi oddboy,

I recall from another post...

You might try selecting all the stills and grouping them (g-key), then use the Ctrl-drag feature to shorten them all together.

You can also select mutiple "length" cells in the Edit Decisions window (forget about that one, eh?) and change one. They will all change.

Well, that way may leave gaps, no? (as the inpoints do not update)
