Trimmer and audio track(s)

Anyone know a way to group one video and two audio events into a "unit" that will open in the Trimmer? I can only get a video and its original audio track to open in the Trimmer. Same question as to applying a set of events as "takes" to the timeline.

The reason is, I have a DV short film consisting of many scenes and takes (over 300) with the locked audio from the camcorder (which I use as a reference/scratch track), and also separately recorded .wav files (from a boom mike) which parallel the camcorder track. It is a tremendous amount of work to sync each .wav file to the original video/audio events as a second audio event, and THEN trim the events and arrange them in story order. I can't use the Trimmer to, for instance, trim video and embed regions and markers, because only one video track and one audio track will open there. Okay, where's the magic keystroke....

Sorry, no magic keystroke. You could put the video and separate audio on the timeline, sync them up, and render to a new AVI file. If the source and render are both DV, there will be zero loss (audio or video). Then, use the rendered file in your project, and both audio and video will be shown in the Trimmer.

As I suspected. No harm in asking. Still love the product.
