Trimming the end of the video in DVD AS 4.5

I am trying to make a DVD using DVD AS 4.5. The video is too large to fit on a DVD. How can I trim some video off the end?

I tried setting an Out Point, but it seemed to have no effect.

Changing the IN or OUT point won't change the size, just which part plays.

To fit onto a DVD, you need to either render a shorter piece of video, or change the average bitrate to make the whole lot fit. Here's a recent thread on the subject:
