Triple track recording

When I want to use the voice track for recording I get the music and sound effects track recording at the same time. Can someone tell me how to record on one track only?

The only way I can imagine that this is happening is if you are arming all of the channels instead of just arming the one channel. Make sure that you are arming just the one channel.

If you follow the steps exactly as shown in the tutorial, you will be armed for just the voice track. Go to the Show Me button on the toolbar and select the tutorial on recording audio. It will walk you through it and make you push the right buttons.

It's possible that all tracks are selected. If this is the case then arming any one of them will arm all of them. Press Shft-Ctrl-A to deselect everything and see if this helps.
