I have Vegas Pro 8.0a and a Canon XH A1 camcorder. My problem is that when I import HDV 1080 24f footage from the XH A1, the software only saves the first frame of the m2t file and creates multiple files until the recording has stopped. They are all one frame/second clips. My camcorder is recogized by Vegas and I have no issues importing HDV 1080 30f, HDV 1080 60i and even DV24f. Those files are complete.

I have customized the settings to match what would be the equivalent of HDV 1080 24p since there seems to be no default template, and tried importing again, but the same problem persists.

Has anyone encountered this issue and does Sony have an answer?
