Trouble with keyframing picture-on-picture effect...

Help!

I am attempting to do a picture-on-picture effect on a slideshow. I am
keyframing the smaller picture to move diagonally from one corner to the other,
on top of the background picture. The problem is that after rendering, the moving
picture blurs as it moves across the screen. I do not have any blurs set on the
rendering. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks!

What do you mean exactly by blurring? Is it blurry as in out of focus? Or is it kind of hazy & doubled?

If it's the latter, then you're having problems with fields. If you're rendering with low order field first, try progressive or high order field first. If you're rendering with high order field first, try the opposite. You can also try resampling frames which should help get rid of any jittery effect.
