Troubles. Please help me locate a DVD Cover template.

I designed my DVD cover (the tall black plastic cases) with a joke of a program called Nero Cover Designer. No matter what I do I can't get the thing to print without cutting off the end. The program won't let me designate indentations, etc. Nor does it allow me to copy or paste anything from the design. Does anybody know where I can find a DVD cover template that I could use with Photoshop? Thanks.

I use a Epson printer normally to print and there is a option in there to Minimize Margins, when I use that setting it doesn't cut off the edges like a lot of other printers seem to do.

Jsnkc - when I opened this in photoshop, it was one empty layer. The size was 774 x 513. Is that all there is?
