Trying to register DVD arc....HELP

Not the same website as sonics.......too bad!! trying to register online to reinstall on new computer. any help is appreciated...........

Hello again M. I just tried this. Here is what happens: enter product reg number, select product and it reads "thank you your product reg number has been recorded. That is it. On the old site you were able to download a reg file to a floppy and take it to the other computer and whala it worked. What am I doing wrong??????

They send the .REG file to your email address you provided. Did you check your e-mail account? It took about a day for my last registration to come through.

It seems you're doing everything right. Did you check out the registration FAQs on the same page?
As mentioned above, thereg file is e-mailed to you. Maybe you just haven't rec'd it yet.
