Turning an .avi file into a DVD on DVDitPE

I'm new. When I render a video file in .avi and then go into DVDit!PE to convert it into a DVD, I get "NO AUDIO." Anyone have a fix for that? I would appreciate it.

I don't have a clue what's going wrong with the info you've given, but why use DVDitPE to convert to MPEG when Main Concept is such a superior encoder. (Unless Sonic Solutions has upgraded theirs. In the past it could take 10 to 15 times the length of the avi to encode it with DVDIt).

Hey Tailgait-
I agree with Paul Holmes. Render to MPEG-2 in VV 3 using the Main Concept encoder and bring the Mpeg file into the authoring program. I use the "DVD NTSC" template, not the "default" template.
