Turning off all efects on a layer

I have a 25 min film that i need to render to tape but with all teh effects it will take 2 hours to render. As i need this cut only to show to one of the actors to do the dubing is it possible to turn off all efects from a layer (mark that all effects are aplied to clips)?

If you applied FX to individual events, then no. But you could right-click on the FX icon and choose bypass for each.
