In DVDA, ask for the properties of the button, and you'll see the file name and where it resides. I assume you can then load that file into a graphics program, flip it upside down, and save it with a new name. For example, the standard "return" button in my copy of DVDA says the name is:

C:\Program Files\DVD Architect\_Themes\default20.thm\Back-Button-Shape.png

You'd have to add your Down arrow to the theme. Read the DVDA Theme specifications for instructions on how to edit a theme. It's old, but I don't think the theme specs have changed since then. What has changed, however, is the location of the theme folder. Sorry, can't help there -- I'm still on DVDA3. I think they moved it somewhere into the My Documents hierarchy.

I guess my (nosey) question is, why do you want to do this?

The Up arrow is usually used as a generic button that says, "Return to the menu that got me here, regardless of where I am now." It is added by DVDA automatically when you insert a submenu -- DVDA also adds a regular framed button to that previous menu that leads to the submenu.

How would a Down arrow fit into all this?

I use up and down arrows to show the way to page one and the last page resptectively.

Newbie Question:
How do you add Arrows in the first place?
The only way I've been able to do it is to Add a New Menu and copy and paste the one I found there. Dumb, I know.
I have tabs for Buttons, Themes, and all, and would have expected a tab for Arrows, but I seem to be missing something fundamental.
This is my first "real" project w/DVDA(4).

They're on the Buttons tab.

By default, the Buttons tab only shows framed buttons. Click the Show Non-Framed Buttons icon or Show All Buttons icon at the top of the Buttons tab.

Thanks Rob.
I'll check it out after my next render is complete (3 hours).
