Other than the "show me" tutorials that are part of the product general concensus is that there is no real tutorial available. (Have you tried those? They're pretty decent.)

There were some old discussion topics on this that you can turn up by searching on "tutorial".

Also, search on "manual" and you should see some recent topics wherein one of the discussion board members offered to send around a "how-to" document they had written.
