I think if you look a little closer, the person doing this website is trying to include English as well in his tutorials. Every few lines, you will see the English translations.
Difficult, yes, but not impossible.

How ironic - you apologise for your English, but you correctly use the expression "free".
So many English speakers say "for free" which is like saying "for for nothing".
