Tutorials on 3D

The help information included with Vegas 5 on 3D track motion is lean and sketchy. Does anybody know of any online information or tutorials to help us learn to use these tools effectively? I have done 3D with After Effects but I still find the Vegas controls confusing.

Jeffrey Fisher has a tutorial on the Sundance site....that might help.
The FASST VASST DVD covers some of this, but it's a good 10-14 days from shipping. We hope the replicator gets caught up.
