(1) I am using a computer with Athlon X2 4200 , 2 GB of RAM and dual dvi (1960 x 1200 and 1600 x 1200 resolution for the monitors) to edit HDV (using CineForm intermediate). I think, the response of the preview is still quite sluggish. What are the recommended settings for this in Vegas 6.0c ?
(2) I tried to render some HDV footage with the DivX 6.0 codec. I used the HDV 1080-50i intermediate template and changed the video format to DivX 6.0. If I do not include audio, this works without problems. If I include audio, I get an error message. I tried different audio settings, but none did work.
