Two Menu Items Highlighted ?

I'm new to DVD Architect. I've created a Menu page with two items on it. The first item is Media ( my movie) and the second item is a link to a Scene Selection page. My movie has 36 chapter.

No matter what I try, the first menu with the two items shows both items highlighted, and the left and right navigation buttons do not move the highlight. All other pages navigate normally.

I would expect only one item to be highlighted and the left and right arrow keys to toggle back and forth between the two items. If any one knows how I can correct this, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Just a guess, but do you have two buttons overlapping or just too close to each other?

It'll be one of the Overlay overlays that will be impinging on the other. This has driven me nutz in the past, and still does.

Often it had been the result of me wanting to cram just too much onto one Menu. And loathing the need to really be tough on my original concept, I really do need to rethink maybe the whole Menu Concept I've settled on, and just start, again. You're allowed to do that, yknow <wink>?

Thanks for your suggestions. I was unaware of the overlap issue. I ended up just starting from scratch and redoing everything, and then it started to work normally. I saved my old project, so maybe now I can go back to it and see if the overlay was the problem.

Hopefully, I will be able to remember this next time. I appreciate the prompt responses! Thanks.
