Let me guess, your hard drive is formatted for Fat 32 and not NTFS.

FAT 32 gives you some file size restrictions and NTFS will give you no restrictions on your file sizes. I would bet if you format your drive to NTFS you will fix this problem. But you will only be able to use NTFS if you are running Windows 2000 or XP.

No problem, a lot of people tend to *forget* about the limitations of FAT 32 when they are doing video.
