Ultimate S timesaving question

I am using Vegas 5 with Ultimate S for photo montages. Here is the scenario: I have already used ultimate S for a section of video-pan/crop, set to music, etc. Now I need to switch out the music to a longer piece of music so each photo shows a little longer. When I do this, if I keep the pan/crop on, the pan/crop changes and I have to recenter many of the pictures. If I say "none" in the pan crop, I keep the original pan/crops, but the final keyframe for each photo is too soon in the picture so I have to go into each picture and move it down a couple seconds. Any way around this? I hope I explained this well enough. It seems I run into this quite often and any time saving advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Right-click on the first photo and "Select Events to end" to get all of the photos selected (or click the first one and shift-click the last one). Now press "G" to group them. Move to the end, hold down the CTRL key, and resize to fit the new music. All will be resized proportionally.

Sorry, but it didn't work. What do you mean "move to the end"- move to the end of the group, or move the keyframe to the end of the timeline? When I try to move the keyframe with ctrl held down nothing happens. Thanks!

"Move to the end" means go to the LAST event/photo.

After selecting the events, you must group them by pressing "G". After they've been grouped, simply resize the last photo while holding down the CTRL key until it matches the length of the song. Because you grouped them, they will ALL be resized proportionally. You don't need to worry about the keyframes.
