Ultimate S transfer?

Should you reinstall Ultimate S like Edwards suggestion for Excal 4?
Or can you copy the entire script folder in V5 to V6's script folder.

I just copied across the folder and it seems to work fine for what I've tried so far.

I did not copy but installed Ultimate-S V1.1a in Vegas 6.0\Script Menu and when I started Ultimate-S it failed with an exception error. Then I installed Ultimate-S in Vegas 5.0\Script Menu and ran Ultimate-S with Tools\Run Scripts and browsing in the Sony 5.0\Script Menu folder to UltimateS.js. Ultimate-S ran fine. ThenI tried copying the Ultimate-S files from the Vegas 5.0\Script Menu to Vegas 6.0Script Menu. When I ran Ultimate-S it failed as before.

Update: After installing/uninstalling Ultimate-S many times I tried one last time. I uninstalled Ultimate-S and deleted the Vasst -Ultimate S folder and it contents then deleted the Vegas 5.0 script folders (again). I installed Ultimate-S in the Vegas 6.0>Script Menu. After installation I immediately installed the license key (new). This time Ultimate_S worked fine from the Tools>Scripting and an icon on the toolbar. I did not have a problem with Excalibur 4. It runs fine from Tools>Scripting and an icon on the toolbar. ????
