Ultimate S4 and SVP 13 B 428

Is anyone using Ultimate S4 with SVP 13 build 428? I just tried reinstalling it after an OS rebuild (Win 7 Pro x64) and installing SVPro. I am getting an error message that Ultimate S requires a version of Vegas Pro be installed.

I am using it successfully with the prior version 13 Pro build on the old machine.

I'm using Ultimate S4 with build 428. The only niggle I've found is that it keeps opening in docking mode when I want it to float but otherwise works as expected. Wish I could say the same for NewBlue Titler 3.

Just reinstalling my Win7 2 weeks ago, clean, but Vegas Pro still build 373, and after Ultimate S install, build 428 available...

No issue so far...
