Use Nero to "Burn an Image or Project" (or something similar). Then add the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders that were created by DVDA when it burned your project to the Nero project when it asks you to add files. Basically, follow the prompts as Nero walks you through the process.

You should just be able to click on the Copy button. Make sure you have specified the location for the temporary file, and also make sure you have specified the target drive and source drive correctly.

The little brother of DVDA that comes packaged with Movie Studio (which is the little brother of Vegas).
