Are you accessing the Tech Support via the My Account/My Support menu? From there you enter your password, fill out the form, describe your problem, etc.
But there is a time limit on how long you can stay in that template. It seems like it times out after about 10 minutes. I often compose my message to Tech Support offline in Word and then cut and paste it into the email to Tech Support. Otherwise I end up timing out and I must start again.
