unable to login to login to Vegas Hub

Vegas Pro 21 Trial build 108, the hub never accepts my email and login. Keeps asking for it. Only occasionally had this problem with previous versions. What to do?

Is it a limitation of the trial? I had this issue recently with 20 but it was resolved just before 21 came out.
