Its the one thing that drives me NUTS with SoFo. Their registration scheme. Boy, do I know how you feel. Your best bet is to call Customer Service. Maybe somebody from SoFo will see this. <wink>

Sometimes there are issues with "1" being changed by E mail tansmission to "l"
or vice- versa. Try changing the numbers or letters if you have a "1" or "l".

JJKizak- This may be daft but could it be that you have reinstalled vegas and when you first bought your plugins where using a lower vegas perhaps 3 If that were the case you would need to reinstall the lesser version and install plugins which would automatically be registered with your higher version then you could uninstall your lower version.
I know I know it sounds daft but sometimes its the simple things

I mean Sod sorry JJKizak I know them pesky i and l and I and Ls can be a right problem specially if you have both why cant they just not use em in serial numbers
