Unable To "Render Loop Region" When Using Advanced Video Setting VMS14

Former user wrote on 3/5/2017, 1:06 AM

Whenever I select a loop region, then checkmark "render loop region only", then click on "advanced video settings", and choose the format I always use, I am now unable to render a loop region at all. It seems with VMS14, that going to "advanced video settings" disabled the "render loop region" setting, and I have found no way to turn it back on.

Has anyone found a solution to this, yet? And please don't tell me to copy-paste the region into a new project and render that, i don't have time to do that every single time I render a test clip.

Thanks!

P.S. Is anyone else finding that VMS14 has been a downgrade from VMS11 (or 12 or 13)?

Maybe you have to ask things a little bit more friendly. 😑

P.S. I find VMS 14 a big upgrade from VMS 13

LOL, i said "Thanks!" in my original post, and again in response. But if you are referring to the resample post(s), you should be able to understand that paying for an upgrade, and instead getting a downgrade, is unnacceptable.

I had VMS10,11,12,13 and now VMS14, from each version I downloaded first a 30day trial, to find out if an upgrade is worthwhile, before buying. For me only VMS13 was not quite that what I expected. VMS14, in my opinion, is much more than what I expected, besides some starting bugs, which I expect to be solved the next weeks.

So, when it's your opinion that you bought a downgrade instead of an upgrade, I can only say that nobody forced you to buy and that you also had the choice to try it first. On the other hand I say, just be patient, the upcoming updates will make you also happy.
