Unable to upgrade

Seems that I can't upgrade to VP14.... is appears that their server at shop.magix.com is broken. All I get is timeouts. Disappointing, since I have only a 1-hour window for an international purchase on my card....
The said - use a different browser - no help....

Commenting to my own post - I finally called the Magix phone number and they were no help. They did open a support ticket, but with no problem noted. Still no help after 24 hours.

As I wait for a response from Magix, I'm researching the competition....
