Unable to use scroll/zoom

Hi,

I upgraded to Vegas Pro 8 and am now unable to use my mouse wheel to zoom in or out. I tried with 2 different mouses (mice?) and am having no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

IS there some mouse driver that's causing a conflict....I don't see where Vegas turns the mouse wheel on and off or anything like that .. ??

THis sounds like something in your system.

Do the UP/DOWN arrows still zoom the timeline?

Thanks for replying. The arrows on the keyboard work fine. The mouse wheel (scrolling up and down) just doesn't do it anymore. I'll use the arrows- thanks.

[EDIT: Both mouses were Microsoft and their scroll wheels were perfectly smooth. I bought a Logitech (with a bumpy scroll wheel "feel") and the problem is solved.]
