I purchased a Black Magic Intensity Pro card to capture XBOX games in HD. The card has two formats uncompressed and Compressed photo JPEG.
For some reason I can record uncompressed 720P with out a problem but if I try to record compressed photo JPEG, I get dropped frames and the video stutters.
So I started to record in uncompressed 720P HD, that works fine but I can't bring those files into Vegas 7. Vegas will only recognize those files as black screens and if I try to play them, Vegas hangs up.
I can capture 1080HD from my tape camcorder into Vegas with a problem.
Is there a free way to get those AVI files to something more compatible with Vegas?
Does anyone have any experience with the card I am using?
