I have 36 videos to make. I created two subtitle templates in Titler Pro 7 (version 231017). I started a new project in Vegas 20 (411), into which I have added another project (edited video).
Every time I open the Media Generator tab in Title Pro 7, I get this error and I can't work in Titler Pro, it won't open my saved subtitles afterwards.
So Vegas 20 and Titler Pro 7 are useless in this form.
Where is the problem?
I'm sure more information would be needed to figure out what might be happening in your case such as video card(s) and driver(s). Also, have you contacted NewBlue support?
Yes, I've already contacted them and they suggested clearing the cache. Interestingly, this problem hasn't come up since then, although there have been some interesting developments with this video project since then.
My video card RTX 3090 24 GB, i9-13900K processor and 64 GB RAM are in the machine.
