Uninstall trial version of NewBlue FX from Vegas

How? How do i uninstall New Blue Titler 7 from Vegas Pro 19 in order to have my older version of Titler pro 4 installed. I can't get 4 on to Vegas... Help

Forwarding @jetdv's suggestion on performing clean install:

Reboot your computer
Uninstall all versions of Titler currently on your system
Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX and make sure Titler is removed
Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlue and make sure the folder NewBlue Titler Pro 2.0 for Windows is removed
Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlue and make sure the folder TitlerPro.ofx.bundle is removed
Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlueFX and make sure the folder TitlerPro2.ofx.bundle is removed
Re-install Titler Pro 4
It also would be wise to clear the VEGAS cache:
Close Vegas, Delete plugin_manager_cache.bin and svfx_plugin_cache.bin from C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\{version#}, then retest.
Keep in mind that the "App Data" folder is probably a "Hidden" folder so you will need to have Windows "Show Hidden Folders".
