Uninstalled NewBlue plugins still appearing

I've installed trials of NewBlue FX, and after uninstalling them, they still appear in my VFX & Transition explorer windows (64bit only). Is there a cache location that I can access to eliminate them?

Try deleting

plugin_manager_cache.bin and svfx_plugin_cache.bin

in the AppData folder

users/"username"/AppData/Local/Sony/VegasPro/13.0

I have seen newly installed items not show up in one of the plug-in lists and deleting these causes Vegas to rebuild the files the next time you start Vegas and that cleaned things up.

Maybe this will help your uninstall issue.

When exiting Vegas, it does not always completely exit memory and can keep files locked. So please always reboot before uninstalling or installing our products.

For any product that is appearing but was uninstalled, reboot, install it again, and then uninstall it before starting Vegas. Then it should be gone. If not, please contact NewBlue support with full details.

That worked for The two essential packs, but the Starter Pack still shows up.

Starter Pack is a part of Titler Pro.
